Jasmine Fruit Salad
Jasmine Fruit Salad
- 1/2 cup dark raisins
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1 cup dried apricots
- 2 cups chopped, mixed dried fruits
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise down the middle (but not cut through)
- 2 cups hot steeped Jasmine Green tea
- 1 teaspoon almond flavoring
Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight. Bring to room temperature before serving. Remove the vanilla bean, stir gently. Serves 8.
